Resetting your uHoo Caeli will not delete your account or clear your historical data. A reset simply clears the saved Wi-Fi network and puts the device back into setup mode.When should you reset your uHoo Caeli?
- You want to connect it to a different Wi-Fi network.
- You entered the wrong Wi-Fi password during setup.
- The setup process failed or was interrupted.

Important: Before starting, make sure the device isn’t actively connected to your Wi-Fi network. If it is already connected, the reset button is automatically disabled.
- Power Up: Ensure your uHoo Caeli is plugged into a power source.
- Press the Reset Button: Locate the reset button on the back of the device and press it until the LED light turns solid blue.
- Power Cycle: Unplug the uHoo Caeli from the outlet, then plug it back in.
- Verify: Confirm that the LED light remains solid blue. Your device is now back in pairing mode and ready for setup.
