Yes, every Caeli needs a plan to work. Your first uHoo Caeli and subscription come together when you sign up. Each additional room needs its own Caeli device and annual subscription, both at a lower price than your first. Every device runs on the same plan.
Setup happens through the uHoo app over Bluetooth. Open the app, follow the on-screen steps, and Caeli joins your Wi-Fi network in minutes. It supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 networks with WPA3 security, so it works with virtually any modern home router.
Caeli uses professional-grade sensors across all nine parameters. CO₂ is accurate to ±40 ppm plus 4% of the actual reading, PM2.5 to ±10 µg/m³ in the typical range, and temperature to ±0.5°C. Caeli stores up to 24 hours of readings locally on the device during a network outage. The moment connectivity returns, everything syncs automatically to your account. Nothing is lost.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime, and your device and account stay exactly the same. Moving up simply unlocks more features. Moving down keeps everything you've already recorded.
Yes. Additional Caeli units can be added to any subscription and managed under the same account and app. Guard and Command subscribers can compare readings across rooms side by side. Each additional unit is purchased separately.
