Product Packaging Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2025

uHoo Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliate companies (“uHoo”) is committed to lawful and
ethical behavior in all of uHoo’s business activities, including adherence to good sustainability
practices. All employees, consultants, suppliers and representatives of uHoo should abide by this
Policy while valuing environmental sustainability in performing their responsibilities within or even
outside work premises.

Purpose

This Product Packaging Policy (“Policy”) establishes consistent standards and practices for
product packaging to ensure safety, brand integrity, environmental responsibility, regulatory
compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Scope

This Policy applies to all internal teams and external partners involved in the design, sourcing,
manufacturing, handling and distribution of packaging for products sold or distributed by uHoo.

Policy Guidelines

Packaging Design
• Packaging must protect the product during transportation, storage, and display.
• Design must align with uHoo’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Packaging must include all required product information, safety warnings, and usage
instructions.
• User experience (ease of opening, resealing, disposing, etc.) must be considered.

Environmental Sustainability
• Preference will be given to recyclable, compostable, biodegradable, or reusable materials.
• Excessive or unnecessary packaging must be avoided.
• Where feasible, packaging will prioritize use of post-consumer recycled (PCR) content.
• Suppliers must comply with uHoo’s environmental standards and provide documentation
on sustainability practices upon request.

Labeling and Regulatory Compliance
• All packaging must comply with applicable local, national, and international regulations
(e.g., applicable FDA regulations, recycling labeling laws).
• Clear labeling for disposal or recycling (e.g., how to separate packaging components)
must be included.

• Country of origin, ingredients, expiration dates, and other required legal disclosures must
be accurate and prominently displayed.

Supplier and Vendor Requirements
• Packaging vendors must give samples and obtain approval before full-scale production.
• Periodic audits may be conducted by uHoo to ensure compliance with this Policy.

Continuous Improvement
• uHoo will regularly review industry best practices and update packaging methods to
reduce environmental impact and improve efficiency.
• Feedback from customers, partners, retailers, and internal teams must be used to drive
improvements in the packaging process and design.

Take-Back and Recycling Program

uHoo is committed to reducing waste and supporting a circular economy. To support this:
• Customers are encouraged to return eligible packaging materials through uHoo’s TakeBack Program.
• Returned materials will be reused, recycled, or disposed of responsibly through certified
recycling partners.
• Participating customers may receive incentives such as discounts, store credit, or loyalty
points for returning packaging materials in accordance with uHoo’s instructions.
• Take-back options include (as approved by uHoo from time to time):

  • Drop-off at participating retail locations, service centers, or storage facilities.
  • Scheduled bulk pickup for commercial clients (where available).

• Packaging eligible for return includes:

  • Packaging box;
  • Screw box;
  • Device top-cover;
  • Shipping boxes;
  • User manuals; and
  • Other materials found together with the general packaging of uHoo products

uHoo shall be strict to implement that all returned packaging must be clean and free of residue.

Responsibility and Review

This Packaging Policy is adopted by the Board of Directors of uHoo. Implementation of this Policy
is the direct responsibility of the Board of Directors and senior management, and indirectly, by all
directors, employees and contractors working for uHoo. This Policy shall be reviewed annually or
when significant regulatory or material changes occur.
