understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you’ve decided to delete your uHoo Home account, we’re here to
guide you through the process step-by-step.
Types of Data Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be removed:
• User data – your name, email address, and any provided contact information
• Device data – indoor environmental quality data associated with your account
Step 1. Open the menu and click “My Account”
Step 2. Tap “Delete My Account” on the bottom of the screen
Step 3. Confirm that you want to delete your account
