uHoo, a global leader in Environmental Intelligence, has partnered with Eastern International University (EIU) to accelerate the adoption of smart, healthy and sustainable campuses in Vietnam. This collaboration positions EIU as a pioneering living laboratory for advanced indoor environmental monitoring and smart building innovation.
Under this partnership, uHoo’s environmental data platform is being deployed across selected facilities within EIU’s campus as part of a pilot initiative. This phased deployment allows EIU to evaluate real time indoor air quality (IAQ) insights and explore how environmental analytics can support healthier learning environments and data-driven decision making.
This initiative forms part of EIU’s efforts to evaluate and enhance indoor air quality monitoring and environmental analytics on campus. Through the pilot program, EIU aims to explore how uHoo’s Environmental Intelligence platform can support healthier learning environments, data-informed campus planning, practical applications for students and future industry professionals, and collect quantifiable information for sustainability reporting.
As part of its Vietnam market entry strategy, uHoo engaged EIU through the Global Innovation Alliance Ho Chi Minh City (GIA HCMC) network. GIA HCMC is a joint initiative supported by Enterprise Singapore and Quest Ventures, aimed at connecting Singapore companies with regional partners.
Key Focus Areas ofthe Partnership
- EIU Campus as a Living Lab
EIU will showcase uHoo’s IAQ and environmental analytics technology to students, faculty,industry partners and its wider enterprise network.
- Health, ESG & Sustainability Insights
Data collected in this project will support EIUs health, sustainability benchmarks and
reporting, contributing to improved indoor safety and smarter learning spaces.
- Smart Campus Integration
The uHoo Aura Enterprise Dashboard will be integrated with EIUs Smart Building
Management System under a pilot phase, contributing to the Binh Duong Smart City
ecosystem.
- Public Knowledge Sharing
Joint workshops, webinars and outreach initiatives will help raise national awareness of IAQ,
sustainability, and smart building strategies.
- Industry & Talent Pathways
At its discretion, EIU may connect uHoo with businesses and industrial partners seeking
high-quality environmental monitoring solutions.
