Innovation is abound in various industries, gadgets and in health, but little weight is placed on the one thing that keeps us alive – the air we breathe. Breathing is so important to our lives that we literally cannot last a few minutes without doing so.  It’s that vital, yet we only notice it when the quality of the air we breathe takes a nose dive. We feel safer when we are indoors, but are we really safer? The fact is, based on research from the US EPA, indoor air quality is 2 to 5 times worse than outdoors.

The air we breathe determines our health, both body and mind. It is relevant to everyone, regardless of our professions and responsibilities, simply because all of us need air to live. It is essential for our health and survival and understanding what we breathe in and how we affect what we breathe in would help us live a healthier life.
