Built for buildings, not corners.

Office air, factory air, classroom air, hotel air. Different sites, same monitoring foundation. Aura is engineered to give every space the accuracy auditors trust and the data your team can act on.

Accredited accuracy logo
Accredited accuracy
RESET Air Accredited Grade B, MCERTS certified, a WiredScore Accredited Solution, and compliant with the WELL Performance Verification Guidebook. Every reading carries the weight of the standards your auditors already use.
Active sampling, built in logo
Active sampling, built in
An on-board fan pulls air through the sensors instead of waiting for it to drift in. Readings reflect the room your team is actually breathing, not the air that happens to reach a passive sensor on the wall.

Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or cellular (LTE), with 6 to 8 hours of battery backup. Aura installs where you need it, from controlled offices to factory floors, even where the network is not ready.
Audit-ready data logo

API export, web dashboard, and the uHoo Business app. Bring readings into your BMS or analytics stack, then hand auditors the reports they expect, in the format they need.
Modern office workspace with healthy indoor air

Thirteen parameters built in. Three more if you need them.

Aura runs a dedicated sensor for each thing that shapes how your people feel at work. Upgrade to sixteen sensors with optional add-on modules when your industry calls for more.

CO2 logo
Mental clarity
Carbon Dioxide (CO₂)
The hidden cause of fuzzy afternoons. CO₂ climbs fast in closed rooms and dulls focus long before the air feels stuffy.
CO logo
Safety first
Carbon Monoxide (CO)
Catches leaks from combustion equipment, generators, and kitchens at levels worth acting on.
TVOC logo
Lower exposure
Total VOCs
Cleaning agents, paint, printer ink, and other building chemistry, summed live.
Formaldehyde logo
Material safety
Formaldehyde (HCHO)
Off-gassing from finishes, furniture, and adhesives, tracked in parts per billion.
PM1 logo
Deepest reach
PM1
Ultra-fine particles 1 micron or smaller. The most damaging variant, reaching into the bloodstream.
PM2.5 logo
Cleaner lungs
PM2.5
Fine particles that slip past the body's natural filters and reach the end of the respiratory tract.
PM4 logo
Heart and lungs
PM4
Tied to cardiac issues, asthma attacks, and the presence of mold conditions in your space.
PM10 logo
Fewer flare-ups
PM10
Coarser particles behind coughs, wheezing, and allergy flare-ups across occupied spaces.
Temperature logo
Comfort
Temperature
A degree out of range quietly drains comfort and decision quality across the working day.

One dashboard, every site

Every zone, every floor, every building. On one screen.

Aura's web dashboard shows live readings across every site you operate, plus the alerts you have configured and the reports tenants and auditors want to see. The uHoo Business app keeps the same picture on your phone while you are walking the floor.

Mount uHoo Aura at breathing height, between 1.1 and 1.7 metres above the floor, in occupied zones away from direct air vents, windows, doors, and sources of heat or humidity. Avoid corners and enclosed spaces where air circulation is poor. The device comes with 3M Acrylic Foam Tape GT7100 for wall mounting, which provides a strong, permanent installation on most surfaces.
⚠️ uHoo Aura uses 3M Acrylic Foam Tape GT7100, which is designed for permanent adhesion. Removal requires patience. Pulling without softening the adhesive first will damage most wall surfaces. Follow the steps below for your surface type.

Wallpaper and painted drywall are delicate surfaces. The goal is to completely liquefy the adhesive bond before touching the tape. Rushing this step will tear the paper or lift paint.

Tools needed
Mineral spirits or Goo Gone (standard, not industrial) Fishing line or dental floss Cotton swabs or small paintbrush Plastic putty knife or old credit card Dish soap and water
1
Slice the device free. Slide fishing line or dental floss behind the mounted device and saw downward gently to separate it from the wall, leaving only the flat tape residue behind.
2
Test the solvent first. Apply a tiny drop of mineral spirits or Goo Gone to a hidden spot of wallpaper near the baseboard to confirm it does not bleed into or dissolve the surface before proceeding.
3
Paint the solvent onto the tape. Dip a cotton swab or small paintbrush into the solvent and dab it generously along the top edge and sides of the tape residue.
4
Wait ten minutes. Let the solvent soak through the foam core to reach the adhesive underneath. Do not rush this step. The tape needs to be fully saturated before you attempt to move it.
5
Slide in flat, do not angle. Place a plastic putty knife completely flat against the wall and slowly nudge it under the softened tape edge. Any upward angle puts pressure on the wall surface.
6
Roll, do not pull. Use your fingers to gently roll the adhesive into a ball, moving across the surface. Pulling outward will instantly tear wallpaper or lift paint.
7
Stop if you feel resistance. If the tape feels stuck or the wall surface starts to stretch, stop immediately. Apply more solvent and wait another five minutes before trying again.
8
Clean the surface immediately. Wipe the area with a damp cloth and mild dish soap to remove the oily solvent residue before it has time to stain the paper or paint.

Glass and marble are far more durable and can tolerate stronger solvents and sharp blades. The main risk is scratching the polished finish, so avoid coarse abrasives entirely.

Tools needed
Acetone or heavy-duty 3M Adhesive Remover Single-edge razor blade with scraper handle Microfiber cloth Rubbing alcohol
1
Slice the device free. Slide fishing line or dental floss behind the device and saw downward to separate it from the surface, leaving the tape residue flat on the glass or marble.
2
Soak the residue. Pour acetone or adhesive remover onto a microfiber cloth and hold it firmly against the leftover tape for two to three minutes until the adhesive softens.
3
Angle the blade correctly. Hold a new, sharp razor blade at a very shallow angle, between 15 and 30 degrees, flat against the surface. A steep angle will gouge marble or scratch glass coatings.
4
Scrape forward in one motion. Push the blade forward under the softened tape in a single, smooth continuous stroke to lift the foam away from the surface.
5
Never use the blade corners. Keep the full flat edge in contact with the surface at all times. Corners dig in and leave permanent marks on marble.
6
Dissolve remaining film. Wet a fresh microfiber cloth with acetone and scrub the remaining sticky film until the surface feels completely smooth and clean.
7
Degrease the area. Wipe the entire zone with rubbing alcohol to remove any oily chemical streaks left by the solvent.
Plug in, connect to your network, and Aura is live within a minute. Readings start appearing on the dashboard immediately. There is no configuration delay, no calibration wait, and no technician needed on site.
Yes. uHoo Aura is deployed across portfolios in multiple countries from a single dashboard. All readings are normalised to a single time zone of your choosing or displayed in local time per site depending on your preference. Portfolio-level reporting is available for GRESB submissions and internal ESG reporting.

Spec it for your space. Stay on top of your game.

Tell us where you are deploying. We will recommend the right Aura configuration, sensor modules, and connectivity, and run a pilot if that is the best way in.
