Prince Constantijn van Oranje was the keynote speaker at the Business Summit 2018, an initiative of World Startup Factory. This successful event was organized on January 25, 2018 and hosted in cooperation with Province of Zuid Holland and Impact City.
As a token of appreciation for his contribution Prince Constantijn received the uHoo indoor air sensor which was personally handed over by the team members of uHoo. The uHoo device, an air quality sensor, was launched in 2017 and is used by various residential households, company offices and schools.
uHoo was born with the mission of making a social impact by providing insight into the air that we breathe so we can improve our homes and offices and ultimately our health. It can be placed in any room in your house, office, or school to monitor the indoor air quality (IAQ) continuously. uHoo measures nine IAQ parameters including Temperature, Humidity, Air Pressure, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Particulate Matter, Nitrogen Dioxide, Volatile Organic Compounds and Ozone. All the data and tips for improvement are shown on the uHoo app via your smartphone or tablet.
Prince Constantijn was really pleased with this indoor air quality monitor and mentioned that it will be placed in his office in StartupDelta building situated in Amsterdam. He mentioned that he has concerns about the indoor air quality there and wants to gain insight to improve the air in the building. Awareness is the first step. Once you have continuous information and feedback you can take action to make you feel better, take better decisions and help change your habits so you can live a healthier life.
